CNC Milling Applications
CNC milling is one of the most commonly used CNC machining processes. Our CNC milling service is the ideal process for complex shapes with high dimensional tolerances. Our multi-axis CNC mills move along the X, Y, and Z axes, offer extremely high accuracy as well as automatic tool changing.
While CNC turning is primarily geared towards round or cylindrical shapes, CNC milling can be used to create a wide variety of odd or irregular shapes.
In its simplest form, it involves drilling and cutting along multiple axes. Due to the high degree of accuracy, milling is often the right solution for many of the industries we work with.
Milling is commonly used during the prototyping process, due to affordable tooling costs and efficiency in producing prototypes.
